I was upgraded to a cool room for things other than a vacation or business trip. Having a shower and hairdryers was a bonus. The location was unbeatable, not too far from Jacksonville Mall. The staff were helpful and helpful with requests.

This place suits me perfectly! I always enjoy the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and clean, non-smoking rooms. On my first stay, the staff helped me with some tech issues. I highly recommend it for a relaxing weekend getaway!

Very convenient location. Good service and clean rooms, despite the age of the facility.

Facility was fairly old and worn although room did have nice furnishings. A/c had a little difficulty cooling the room during the day.

Never staying here again

The front desk lady was super rude, kept badgering us about checkout time, even after I mentioned my fiancée is deaf. The WiFi didn't work, and we got bitten by bed bugs. They moved us to another room, but it was no better. The breakfast options were gross, and I saw mold on the muffins. Park outside is nasty too.

We had a nice stay and loved the clean, comfy room and the fun BBQ area for dinner. It was great to unwind in the hot tub after a long day! Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times but overall, we had a fantastic time. 😊

We checked out the nature trail and chilled at the pond, surrounded by ducks and geese. The location was perfect with great access to outdoor activities like hiking and picnicking, and our room was clean and comfy.
